Please, be informed that the controller of your personal data is:

  • Prosta 69 sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at Emilii Plater 53 str., 00-113 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs held by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000483308, with number REGON 146933997, number NIP 7010400207, the share capital of 1,368,600.00 PLN (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Controller”).

  • The Company has appointed the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who shall bear functional and organizational liability for the compliance with legal regulations and/or internal regulations of the Company as regards to the personal data protection.   • Your personal data is processed by the Company for the purpose of pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interest, which consists in verifying the application you have submitted and contacting you.
  • The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
  • If your personal data is processed for marketing purposes (including the delivery of commercial information and phone contact activities), the legal basis for such processing is your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
  • Please, be informed that we will be processing the following categories of personal data: first name, family name, e-mail address, telephone number for contacts, employer’s data (corporate name and address) or entity with which you are cooperating and the position held in connection with the work/services performed as specified herein above.
  • The recipient of your personal data, apart from the Controller, will be the companies from the capital groups of CPI Property Group, affiliated entities to these companies.
  • The Controller will not transfer your personal data to any third countries or international organizations.
  • Where data is processed based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):
  • Your personal data will be processed for a period of 24 months, unless the Parties enter into cooperation – in which case it will be processed for the duration of the cooperation.
  • Where data is processed based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing purposes: Your personal data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 24 months from the date of collection, unless you object to the processing for marketing purposes beforehand.
  • Within the framework of your personal data processing by the Controller, you may demand access to data, data rectification, deletion or that data processing will be limited. Moreover, you may object to the processing of personal data.
  • You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office of Personal Data Protection at: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  • Moreover, please be informed that your personal data were obtained directly from you.
  • Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for verifying your application and contacting you.
  • For greater care, we shall indicate that no automated decisions, including profiling, are undertaken on the basis of your personal data.
